Fujitsu Air Conditioning approached Quattro to create a premium, bespoke exhibition stand, aiming to elevate their presence and establish their modern identity at the renowned Installer Show hosted at NEC Birmingham. We managed to transform their space-only plot into a dynamic, purpose-built display suited for customers and investors.

The brief had one primary goal; maximise the allocated space for their stand whilst ensuring brand visibility and adherence to branding standards. The design not only had to be aesthetically pleasing, but also functional, allowing for a showcase of selected products and areas for conversation. Key considerations included:
Functional layout – by analysing the available space, Quattro designed a functional layout that displayed the client’s products, with the back wall serving as a focal point of the space. Every inch was maximised for impact, whilst maintaining a sense of openness throughout the rest of the stand.
Branding adherence – the design featured the Fujitsu brand colour palette and imagery, keeping a modern aesthetic that stayed in line with guidance. Strategic lighting placements ensured graphics stood out and complimented the bright colours used.
Balancing hospitality – comfortable seating areas and a reception counter utilised for an initial touch point was included, encouraging conversation with visitors.
