Quattro Display are extremely proud to be able to showcase one of our largest exhibition stands this year, created on behalf of the long-established industry favourite workwear retailer, Dickies, who we are proud to have been working with for many years.

Reliable, practical and well-designed…

The Dickies brand denotes reliability, practicality and a passion for hard work.

Providing workwear to teams enduring some of the world’s most extreme jobs and working conditions is not to be taken lightly, so Dickies wanted to come up with a heavyweight stand that would be practical and reliable too, allowing them to celebrate their success and get down to the business of attracting new customers.

Quattro’s role as exhibition stand designers we provided a complete service from design and concept to installation and build for this XXL, 360-degree project.

The Dickies exhibition stand was much more than just a simple presence at the Dusseldorf 2015 A+A Trade Fair at the end of October.

The brief incorporated a variety of different requirements across retail display, areas for entertaining clients, and for the practical display of all the Dickies workwear.

The stand was one of the largest that Dickies have commissioned.

It took a few meticulous months to design and manufacture the stand by the Project Manager and team, to ensure every detail was covered.  It was delivered by two 40’ articulated vehicles and one 7.5 ton truck and it helped Dickies achieve a very authoritative presence amongst 2,000 other exhibitors and the 65,000 visitors.

The installation was staffed by more than 25 sales personnel who had access to branded meeting rooms, seating on the retail floor itself and a bar to keep customers refreshed and relaxed.

The oak laminated bar included integrated iPads for the electronic Point Of Sale system, and plasma screens for displaying advertising.

The meeting rooms and bar area also ran fridges for ice cold refreshments, hot water urns, and a chiller in the storage room to enable the Hostesses to handle the high volume of refreshments needed during the show.

In the retail display area, branded fascia lightboxes were installed, along with down lighting to show the products at their best.

The stand also included areas of high quality finish slat wall, standalone gondolas, and hanging shelving areas to display mannequins alongside the clothing ranges. The striking, clean black exterior of the stand perfectly off-set the high-vis workwear and the familiar red, yellow and blue of the Dickies logo complimented the overall ambience perfectly.

Dickies have expressed how useful the dual-purpose stand was for displaying their extensive range of products and allowing them room for meetings and improving general client relations as well. In fact the stand was a real hub of activity during the exhibition as a whole.

Maurice Morton, Sales and Marketing Director at Dickies said: With over 25 sales personnel on the Dickies section of the stand we were kept very busy greeting new and prospective customers and presenting products. The new exhibition stand, which was twice as big as the one we used in 2013, came in very useful demonstrating the width of product and enabling enough room to meet the growing interest in the Dickies brand.
